Enterprise Client Users

I worked directly with these client users to improve the user experience of our products and services to better meet their needs, improve satisfaction, and solidify retention. This included usability testing, analytics integration and analysis, mockups/wireframes/flows, fully functional prototyping, HTML/CSS, Kendo/JQuery implementation, and coordination with developments teams.
